Leo is a dwarf of the Tontatta Tribe, the tiny people who live hidden on Green Bit, near the kingdom of Dressrosa.
He leads the Tontatta's elite fighting unit, the Tonta Corps — a small band of dwarves whose size hides genuinely fearsome strength.
Story & Growth
When the Tontatta joined the fight to free Dressrosa from Doflamingo — who had long enslaved their people — Leo fought at the heart of the rebellion.
After the victory, Leo and his dwarves chose to sail under Luffy's flag, joining the Straw Hat Grand Fleet.
