1. The Service
Animedle is a free fan site offering daily character guessing games. The site may be ad-supported. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. Intellectual property
- One Piece, its characters, and related artwork are © Eiichiro Oda / Shueisha / Toei Animation. Animedle is an unaffiliated fan project and is not endorsed by any rights holder.
- The Animedle name, logo, original game mechanics, and codebase are property of the Animedle project.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape the daily answer programmatically or use automated requests that interfere with normal gameplay for other players.
- Attempt to exploit the site or disrupt the service for other players.
- Use automated tools to artificially inflate streaks or scores.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animedle and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. DMCA / takedown
If you believe content on Animedle infringes your rights, email support@animedle.app with details. We will review and respond promptly.
8. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
