Background & Origin
Jabra served in CP9, the World Government's covert assassination unit, alongside its strongest members.
A cunning and manipulative agent, he was one of the most dangerous fighters of that elite team — and a bitter rival of his fellow agent Kaku.
Story & Growth
When CP9's mission climaxed at Enies Lobby, Jabra revealed his true colours and fought the Straw Hats' cook, Sanji, in a fierce duel that ended in his defeat.
Like his fellow agents, Jabra recovered from that failure, and was later counted among the ranks of CP0 — the World Government's most secretive agency.
Abilities & Powers
Jabra ate the Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Wolf, a Zoan Devil Fruit that lets him transform into a wolf or a powerful, werewolf-like human-beast hybrid.
He combines this with a mastery of Rokushiki, the World Government's superhuman martial art — making the deceptive agent as deadly up close as he is treacherous.
