Background & Origin
Ulti holds the rank of Tobiroppo, one of the six elite officers ranked just below Kaido's three Calamities in the Beasts Pirates.
She fights almost always alongside her younger brother, Page One, the two of them devoted to each other and equally devoted to their captain Kaido.
Story & Growth
Ulti took part in enforcing the Beasts Pirates' rule over Wano Country, and during the raid on Onigashima she clashed with several of the invading alliance.
Volatile and quick to rage, she threw herself into the defence of Kaido's fortress until she was defeated in the battle for Onigashima.
Abilities & Powers
Ulti ate an Ancient Zoan Devil Fruit, the Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Pachycephalosaurus, letting her transform into a pachycephalosaurus.
The fruit gives her a fearsomely hard skull, which she uses to deliver devastating headbutts, and she is a capable Haki user.
