Background & Origin
Cavendish was once the beloved prince of the Kingdom of Bourgeois, so handsome that his popularity reportedly drained the kingdom's treasury.
Driven from his home, he became a pirate, captaining the Beautiful Pirates and earning a place among the rookie Supernovas with both his looks and his very real strength.
Story & Growth
Cavendish crossed paths with the Straw Hats at the Dressrosa tournament, where an initial rivalry with Luffy turned into a genuine alliance.
After the fall of Doflamingo, Cavendish and his crew pledged themselves to Luffy, becoming one of the seven crews of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet.

Cavendish is a superb swordsman in his own right — but his most dangerous power is involuntary. When he falls asleep, a murderous split personality named 'Hakuba' takes over his body.
As Hakuba he moves so fast he becomes almost invisible, cutting down everything around him without thought or mercy, friend and foe alike.
