Smoothie is the fourteenth daughter of Big Mom and one of the three Sweet Commanders, the highest-ranking fighters of the Big Mom Pirates. She also serves as the minister of juice in Totto Land.

A towering hybrid of human and the Longleg Tribe, she commands one of the largest fleets in her mother's vast crew.

Smoothie was among the forces that pursued the Straw Hats during their escape from Whole Cake Island, fighting to keep Luffy from slipping out of Big Mom's territory.

She remained one of the most reliable commanders of the Big Mom Pirates through the crew's later clashes.

Smoothie ate the Shibo Shibo no Mi, a Paramecia Devil Fruit that lets her wring liquid out of almost anything — objects and living beings alike — as if squeezing a cloth.

She can drain an enemy dry, then absorb the wrung-out liquid to swell her own body to giant size, fighting with an enormous sword.
