Pudding is one of Big Mom's many daughters and the Minister of Chocolate in Totto Land. A hybrid of human and the rare Three-Eye Tribe, she grew up bitterly ashamed of the third eye on her forehead, mocked for it since childhood.

That shame shaped her into someone able to play the sweet, innocent girl while hiding a colder, manipulative side.

Pudding was placed at the centre of Big Mom's plot: a political marriage to Sanji that was secretly a trap meant to wipe out both the Vinsmoke family and the Straw Hats.

But Sanji's kindness — and his sincere praise of the very third eye she hated — broke through her act. Torn between her family's scheme and her own feelings, Pudding ultimately helped the Straw Hats escape Totto Land.
